WHAT'S NEW?

BRAIN AGE TEST

To determine your DS Brain Age score, a variety of tests await to challenge your grey matter.

Rock, Paper, Scissors

You must win or lose various rounds of Rock, Paper, Scissors against the DS. For example, sometimes the DS will show you a rock and tell you that you must lose. You then say “scissors” into the DS Microphone.

Continuous Countdown

The DS shows one number between 1 and 9, and you must repeatedly subtract this number from a bigger number shown. If the number to subtract is 5 and the starting number is 30, the answers would be 25, 20, 15, 10, 5.

Speedy Symbols

How good are your recognition skills? In this test, players will reference a chart that matches a number with a symbol. The other screen will show you a number. You then have to write the correct symbol for that number.

Memory Addition

Additions between two numbers are shown. In the next problem, one of those numbers is hidden. Players must remember the number that is erased in each addition to write the correct result of the newly formed addition.

Memorise 5x5

Time to jog those memory skills! This challenge asks you to memorise 25 numbers that are placed at 25 different spots on the screen. After two minutes, the real challenge starts of trying to recall those numbers.

Highest Number

Different numbers are displayed in different sizes. You’re asked to touch the number with the highest value. Of course, the bigger number in size is not necessarily the one with the highest value. Don’t be tricked!
